Crystal healing is an ancient healing technique and can be used to clear away any energy blockages.

Every living thing has an energy field, ours is held within the chakra's. Each chakra has its own colour so crystals are chosen within the colour range of the chakra. Stress and everyday living can make our chakras become unbalanced.

Scanning with my hand, and the use of a pendulum will determine the areas that need attention. Crystals (minerals) are then chosen and placed on the body.

This treatment is given over clothes whilst adopting a lying position on the treatment couch.
