A Therapeutic Massage is a relaxing massage aimed at reducing stress levels. Incidently, stress can be the underlying cause of most ailments. This is a non-agressive treatment and causes no pain. If you have problem or painful area(s) then, at most, it may be slightly uncomfortable.

This treatment is of value to men and women of all ages.

I also have a Diploma in Aromatherapy. Essential oils extracted from plants can improve physical and emotional well-being. This in turn promotes health and vitality by encouraging the body to heal itself, reducing stress.

During the treatment underpants or shorts are left on and you are covered in towels (optional). Only the area I'm working on is uncovered.
